What is the difference between General Mode & Low Latency Mode?

Based on parameters
General mode
Low latency mode
Process modes

This is the default process mode for all new processes. This type of process can also be called a traditional process. This processing mode improves performance for short-lived processes (where total execution time is generally expected to be less than 30 seconds).
