The Challenge

A Reverse-Engineered, Consolidated EDI Migration to Boomi
TGH began with a deep-dive reverse engineering exercise on the legacy TIE maps — systematically identifying redundancies, undocumented logic, and technical debt before writing a single line of new configuration. This pre-migration audit became the foundation for a cleaner, more maintainable Boomi implementation.
Rather than a lift-and-shift, TGH consolidated and rationalised maps during the migration — reducing complexity while preserving all business rules. Every trading partner connection was rebuilt on Boomi using best-practice EDI patterns, with full end-to-end testing before cutover.
