Workato Partner TGH Wins Two WorkatoHack 2026 Awards

TGH Software Solutions Wins Big at WorkatoHack 2026: A Workato Partner’s Journey in Agentic AI and Automation

The future of enterprise technology is being shaped by how effectively businesses connect applications, automate workflows, and put artificial intelligence to work. At TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., these are more than emerging technology trends they are areas we continue to explore as we help businesses navigate their integration and automation needs.

That focus took centre stage at WorkatoHack: Agentic India 2026, where our team secured two awards in a 24-hour hackathon held in Hyderabad on October 10–11, 2026.

Our achievements were:

  • 1st Prize – Enterprise Agentic Workflows
  • 3rd Prize – MCP Ecosystem Builder

As a Workato partner, this recognition holds particular significance for TGH. It reflects our team’s enthusiasm for exploring the evolving possibilities of enterprise automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven integration and turning those ideas into practical solutions.

Organised by Workato and MOURI Tech, WorkatoHack brought technology professionals together to experiment, solve problems, and demonstrate what can be built when innovative thinking meets hands-on execution.

Two Awards. Two Different Challenges. One Shared Vision.

The two tracks explored different but increasingly connected areas of enterprise technology: using AI to support complex workflows and creating connections between AI applications and external tools.

First Prize: Enterprise Agentic Workflows

Enterprise automation is moving beyond predefined, repetitive tasks. Agentic AI introduces new possibilities for systems to work with context, interact with tools, and support multi-step processes with appropriate controls and oversight.

The Enterprise Agentic Workflows track challenged participants to explore these possibilities and develop solutions within a demanding 24-hour timeframe.

Winning first prize was a proud achievement for our team. It demonstrated the value of combining problem-solving, technical execution, and creative thinking to explore how AI-enabled workflows could address enterprise challenges.

For organisations, the opportunity is significant. Well-designed workflows can help coordinate activities across applications, reduce repetitive manual effort, and support more responsive business processes. Achieving these outcomes requires more than introducing AI; it calls for thoughtful workflow design, reliable integrations, security, and governance.

These considerations are central to making intelligent automation useful in real business environments.

Third Prize: MCP Ecosystem Builder

The second recognition came in the MCP Ecosystem Builder track, where TGH secured third prize.

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that enables compatible AI applications to interact with external tools and data sources through a consistent interface. As organisations explore AI-powered applications, these connections are becoming increasingly important.

An AI application is only as useful as its ability to work with relevant context and the tools it is permitted to access. MCP offers a standardised approach to enabling those interactions, helping developers explore ways to connect AI capabilities with broader technology ecosystems.

Our recognition in this track gave us another reason to celebrate—and reinforced the importance of integration as AI becomes more deeply embedded in enterprise workflows.

Why This Achievement Matters as a Workato Partner

At TGH Software Solutions, our relationship with Workato aligns with our focus on helping enterprises connect applications, streamline workflows, and simplify complex business processes.

Workato’s enterprise automation platform supports organisations in integrating systems and orchestrating workflows across their technology environments. As a Workato partner, TGH operates within this ecosystem while continuing to explore how integration and automation can support changing business requirements.

WorkatoHack provided an opportunity to apply our team’s thinking in a competitive, hands-on setting. Rather than simply discussing emerging technology, participants had to work through challenges, test ideas, and present their solutions within a limited timeframe.

For us, the two awards represent both a proud achievement and an opportunity to build on what we learned. They reinforce our interest in the intersection of enterprise integration, intelligent automation, and Agentic AI a space that will continue to evolve as businesses look for practical ways to use these capabilities.

From Ideas to Execution in 24 Hours

A hackathon compresses the innovation process into a single, demanding day. Teams need to understand the problem, identify a workable approach, build and test their ideas, and demonstrate the outcome under time pressure.

The experience reinforced several lessons that extend well beyond the event:

  • Start with the business problem. Technology decisions should be guided by the challenge being addressed, and the outcome of a solution is intended to be delivered.
  • Build to learn. Rapid experimentation helps teams test assumptions, identify limitations, and refine their approach.
  • Connect the pieces. AI, APIs, applications, and automation create greater opportunities when they work together as part of a connected system.
  • Make collaboration counts. Different perspectives and shared problem-solving help teams move from ideas to implementation.
  • Keep enterprise requirements in focus. Security, permissions, reliability, and governance matter when moving from a prototype towards practical use.

These lessons are especially relevant as organizations evaluate how AI-enabled solutions can fit into existing systems and business processes.

The Bigger Picture: AI Needs Integration to Deliver Value

AI is creating new opportunities for businesses, but enterprise adoption involves more than deploying an individual model or application. Organizations also need to connect AI capabilities with their data, tools, applications, and workflows.

This is where integration and automation play an important role.

Agentic workflows can help coordinate multi-step activities. Integration connects systems and allows information to move between applications. Automation helps execute business processes, while appropriate governance establishes boundaries around how those capabilities operate.

As a Workato partner, TGH recognises the importance of connecting technology with business needs. Our broader capabilities across enterprise integration, API management, intelligent automation, data engineering, AI, and quality engineering support our focus on helping organizations simplify complexity and build connected digital environments.

The WorkatoHack experience offered an opportunity to explore these ideas through practical development and collaboration.

A Proud Moment for Our Team

Winning across both tracks made WorkatoHack: Agentic India 2026 a memorable milestone for TGH Software Solutions. Behind the results were the team’s ideas, technical efforts, collaboration, and determination to keep moving forward within a demanding timeframe.

We extend our sincere thanks to Workato and MOURI Tech for organising the hackathon and creating a platform for teams to experiment with emerging technologies, exchange ideas, and demonstrate their capabilities.

We also take away valuable learning from the challenges we explore and the solutions we worked to develop. Those lessons will continue to inform our approach as enterprise integration, automation, and AI evolve.

Building What Comes Next

The two awards are worth celebrating, but they are also a reminder of why continuous learning and experimentation matter in technology.

As enterprises explore Agentic AI, intelligent workflows, and connected AI ecosystems, TGH Software Solutions will continue building its capabilities and exploring practical approaches to enterprise integration and automation.

As a Workato partner, we remain focused on the opportunities created when applications, workflows, and intelligent capabilities work together to support business goals.

Two awards. One shared commitment to innovation. And a continuing journey towards smarter, more connected enterprises.
