Details About Master Data Hub Dashboard
Introduction to Dashboard
Dashboard is a place that shows information and statistics (=numbers) about how the program is working, which you can use to control it.

Master data hub dashboard
The Hub Dashboard page is divided into sections.
- The topmost section contains the Current View controls.
- The remaining sections, or gadgets, display activity data.
Current View
Repositories/models
This list is used to apply filtering by repository and model (domain) to the data displayed in the gadgets. Individual models are indented in the list below their respective repositories. Selecting just a repository also selects all of its models. The button label shows the current selection; the selected model(s) are indicated in bold. By default all repositories and models are selected — filtering is not applied — unless there are saved filters.
Golden Records

Active Golden Records
It shows the count of current active golden records.
Points to remember in Active Golden Records:
- If filtering is not applied, these counts are aggregate counts of golden records in domains hosted in individual repositories. Counts are given for a maximum of four repositories. If the account has more than four repositories, the counts for the other repositories are aggregated in the Other Repositories count.
- If filtering by repository is applied but filtering by domain is not, counts are itemized by domain. These counts link to the domain’s Golden Records page, in which domain data is viewable.
Quarantine

Quarantined Entities
It shows the count of current number of quarantine entries.
Points to remember in Active Golden Records:
- If filtering is not applied, these counts are aggregate counts of quarantine entries in domains hosted in individual repositories. Counts are given for a maximum of four repositories. If the account has more than four repositories, the counts for the other repositories are aggregated in the Other Repositories count.
- If filtering by repository is applied but filtering by domain is not, counts are itemized by domain. These counts link to the domain’s Quarantine page, in which quarantine entries are viewable.
- If filtering by domain is applied, counts are itemized by Cause — the category of the reason for quarantining — Data Incorporation Error, Data Integration Error, Data Quality Error, Requires Approval, Data Validation Error and Matching Error. These counts link to the Quarantine page, in which quarantine entries are viewable, with filtering by Cause automatically applied.
Pending Activity

Records
It shows the count of incoming source entities for which processing has not completed.
Outbound Channel Updates
Pending Pickup
Count of outgoing source record update requests for which acknowledgment of delivery has not been received. Acknowledgment originates from integration processes deployed to check the channels through which the repository is propagating requests.
Held
Count of held source record update requests. Held update requests are undeliverable. An update request is held if it is for a golden record that references a golden record that is not linked to a record in the source and then only if the underlying domain model enforces referential integrity for update requests.
Total
Sum of the Pending Pickup and Held counts.
Completed Transactions

Apply/cancel filtering by operation type
The following selections are available in the list at upper right:
- All Transactions (default) — cancels filtering by operation type.
- Record Creates — applies filtering by transactions resulting in the creation of golden records.
- Record Updates — applies filtering by transactions resulting in the updating of golden records.
- Record Deletes — applies filtering by transactions resulting in the deletion of golden records.
- Record Links — applies filtering by transactions resulting in the establishment of links from golden records to source entities.
- No changes — applies filtering by transactions not resulting in operations on golden records.
Data points
Pausing the pointer on a data point in the graph shows the interval indicated on the horizontal axis and the count of transactions during the interval.
Day
Graphs transactions completed each hour for the last 24 completed hours plus the current hour in progress. The hour axis labels are in 24-hour notation — for example, “13:00” (1:00pm). This is the default.
Week
Graphs transactions completed each day for the last seven completed days plus the current day in progress. The day axis labels are in the format Mmm dd, where Mmm is the three-letter abbreviation for the month — for example, “Jun 05” (June 5).
Month
Graphs transactions completed each day for the last 28-31 completed days plus the current day in progress; the exact number of days for which transactions are graphed depends on the number of days in the most recently completed calendar month. The day axis labels are in the format Mmm dd, where Mmm is the three-letter abbreviation for the month — for example, “Jun 05” (June 5).
Year
Graphs transactions completed each calendar month for the last 12 completed calendar months plus the current month in progress. The month axis labels are the three-letter abbreviations for months — for example, “Jun” (June).
Data Quality Summary

Apply filtering by data quality step
Data quality steps in the selected domain’s model are available for selection in the list at upper left.
Apply/cancel filtering by source
Sources attached to the selected domain are available for selection in the list at upper right. Selecting All Sources (the default) cancels filtering by source.
Records sent to this step
Count of entities sent to the selected step.
